TSA Advisory

A boutique consulting firm delivering commercial and strategic advisory services to public and private clients in infrastructure, health and transport sectors. Here Hannah worked with a key government client to develop the detailed business case for a regional hospital in South East Queensland. Internally Hannah spearheaded an organisational change piece focussed on smooth transitions for mergers and acquisitions.

East Bali Poverty Project

Based in Indonesia, Hannah led a series of initiatives to map the current state of operations and services, and worked with field staff and senior management to ensure strategic goals and objectives were attainable, feasible and would support a sustainable approach to the delivery of services for the next 5 years. She identified opportunities for business growth and maximised donor and funding opportunities.

Working with the NDIS, Hannah advised senior executives on a workforce capacity and capability strategy to support the Scheme at full maturity. She advised on the design of the service for Scheme Participants whilst responsible for program governance, design and implementation for improving existing technology and the integration of business intelligence tools into the scheme.

UnitingCare

Hannah was responsible for establishing the design and approach to merge 22 UnitingCare agencies. Establishing a PMO function to support transitional merger arrangements, and transformative integration activity, she developed a suite of artefacts and strategies to underpin the program’s objectives, scope, and outcomes. Hannah managed project managers and monitored the delivery of project activity in alignment with the transformation framework .

Public Transport Victoria

Hannah implemented the pilot of a workflow management application into existing state government IT architecture. Working across two government departments to build and develop workflow functionality; testing the user interface with key business areas, and providing feedback to the development team for review and improvement.

UK Department of Health

Hannah was the programme lead for a strategic international healthcare initiative for the UK Department of Health. An operational area with the value of circa £750m, she was responsible for the successful delivery of a blueprint for change, proposing savings to the service of £47m.

Identifying key problem areas and opportunities for improvement in provider and contract management for pharmaceutical and dental services, Hannah made recommendations on how to reduce capex and opex, highlighting opportunities and improvements.

Home Group

Hannah worked as part of an in-house PMO implementing transformation projects for the third largest national housing association, Home Group. Hannah lead a work stream to adopt 750 national suppliers on to a new Purchase to Pay (P2P) system.

General Medical Council

Hannah was responsible for identifying risk within the National Health Service in terms of the delivery of medical practice and training to junior doctors. Introduced to regulatory tools, frameworks and standards, alongside the value of data integrity and analytics, Hannah conducted annual audits and investigations.
